Following a three day written assessment of your current eating habits.  A Personalised nutritional programme is purpose built to meet your needs and goals.


Training program

Following an evaluation of Current training and an initial assessment in the gym.  We can then devise a Personal Progressive Training Program that best suits your Needs and Lifestyle and push you forward to achieve your goal.  All contents of the training program will be covered in 1-2-1 tuition sessions.
