It’s been good 20 years in and out of the gym and studio boutiques. Getting a good sweat session, feeling refreshed, and mentally, physically and emotionally heathy. I gradually grasped good understanding about being healthy and fit throughout those years.
I met Rhian right after my second baby, she made things so simple, in an order and clear. We started 1st of December 2017, with a diet that could help me shed off baby weight and get ready for upcoming marathons in 2018.
Fitness and Health is something I am so passionate about, having close family members who are obese, unhealthy from the inside out, had been and will always be a nightmare for me. I’ve always enjoyed the idea of being healthy to be able and capable, being healthy to accomplish, and being healthy to pursue and to be healthy and strong for myself, my husband and my children so I decided to study my Level 2 and 3 Gym Instructor and Personal Training courses to further my knowledge in this field.
I then fell pregnant with my third son and stayed fit and healthy throughout the whole of my pregnancy under Rhians guidance, experiencing less back pain and less trimester symptoms than my previous pregnancies, I believe this is because of staying mobile, strong and feeling good mentally as a result of my workouts.
I then started my Post-Partum recovery with Rhian once again to shed the baby weight and to regain my fitness and physique that I had before my third baby.
Covid came around and made things a little more difficult for Rhian to coach me so we have been completing our workouts together and I can say I’ve never trained so hard before and I absolutely believe that even after three children I will be stronger and fitter and leaner than I’ve ever been before in the near future.
Rhian has always been, and still is one of the top trainers; the only one I’d compete in strength and technique not many I know with her capability. She has great skills in structuring workouts and diet for beginners, intermediate to advance clients.
She is positive person, and never gives up easily on her clients. I love her training techniques, knowledge, communication, compassion, and passionate about what she does, it kept me going to every session. I have learnt a lot from her, and I’m happy to still be going on with our workouts together.
