Her programme opened my mind to a new way of exercising with baby that resulted in not only a great workout, but some solid bonding time with baby that can be done anytime, anywhere. Her classes helped me build back my strength and mobility after a c-section, getting me back on the path to my regular fitness classes faster than I could have on my own.
