I Love taking classes with Rhian! Her Mums & Tots classes have been an amazing way to get back into working out after having a baby. Lots of fun, totally relaxed with no intimidation, but also physically challenging and motivating! Rhian is friendly and encouraging and makes working out more enjoyable. She’s introduced me to new exercises I had never done before which is refreshing. I already feel myself getting stronger and see the results of her workouts. Highly recommend Rhian!
