Rhian is a wonderful trainer – extremely motivating and challenging and gets you to your goals! I’ve seen huge improvements in my body. Rhian helped me develop strength and power as I was too focused on stamina and endurance. I can say now with confidence that I am able to find a balance between the two performance gains. I feel much stronger and a lot more confident. Not to mention, Rhian helped me identify better eating habits such as increasing my protein intake, decreasing my sugar intake and having well-balanced meals throughout my week.
