Thanks Rhi for all you have done.  Not only am I more confident, I am more determined in what I do and after week 3 when I was beetroot red sitting on that treadmill wanting to accomplish something so bad and couldn’t – well that has really
pushed me to be a fitter and better person – and that’s thanks to you! You are not only a wonderful PT but such an inspiration!! Keep up your good work and please please please do another morning bootcamp and whip my butt into shape!
