Despite not being in Dubai all the time I have always felt very welcome at ‘Baby and Me’ classes – they are a friendly bunch.

Rhian is incredibly motivational and able to adapt workouts to suit babies moods during class as well as Mummas injuries!

I loved that Rhian has Seren (her baby) with her during the workouts so she can appreciate exactly how tough some of the moves are after giving birth and offer support accordingly. I was a nervous breastfeeding Mum but classes were totally accepting of the need to feed on demand and I felt very comfortable doing so.

For me, working out with my baby is the only option so I am also enjoying slowly working through the online ‘Baby and Me’a package too.

Whether you are new to fitness as a Mum or returning to exercise after having a baby I’d highly recommend coming along to class and meeting Rhian – she’s been there, done it, knows the struggle and can help you fit your workouts into your new life.
