I have really enjoyed Babyandme classes.
Before my pregnancy and at the start of my Pregnancy journey I was very active. Towards the end of my pregnancy I didn’t really do anything and after giving birth to Jack I didn’t do any exercise for a while so Babyandme was a great way of getting back into exercising gradually and progressively, which has helped build my confidence to now go back to Netball and attend the gym and things like that. It’s also great to workout with Jack and do something thats a bit different, a nice way to bond and the perfect way to meet other Mums as well. It was also great to know that the movements and exercises I was doing were ok, and to learn what I could and couldn’t do.
I’d definitely recommend Babyandme to new mums and I already have done!
