Rhian has an innovative and very customized approach to training. In particular, I like how she understands my body, my strengths, and my weaknesses, and accordingly, come planned with a session. She has not only helped me physically but also taken a keen interest in my emotional and psychological wellbeing, and that is a holistic approach to fitness.
I have become much stronger, and my fitness level and endurance have increased from the day I started PT with Rhian.
Rhian is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit-ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my sessions. I have also gained confidence over time with my body transforming.
The professionalism and passion for working out and leading a healthy lifestyle that Rhi has instilled in me is second to none.
