I initially started training with Rhian in January 2019 after an injury and was looking to do 10 sessions to recover and get back to my usual training routine.  I quickly realized the additional value Rhian brings and have continued training with her ever since.  

All our training sessions are well thought out in advance and she always brings a lot of passion.  During exercises she watches clients like a hawk and makes sure to correct any issues with form; she also knows the right amount to push you to get you out of your comfort zone.

Overall, I have had an awesome experience training with Rhian, had a lot of fun and seen great results as well!
