I found Rhian’s Babyandme classes a great way to get back in to exercising after my first baby. Being able to take him along meant I was able to get out of the house, meet other new mums and do a fun workout in a non judgemental environment. Great way to get the muscles moving again under Rhian’s careful guidance, and learn a range of practical exercises to do at home. Particularly useful to learn how to engage the core properly when carrying and lifting the baby all day every day!
