For the past six months I have had the privilege and honor to be coached by Rhian. She is professional, inspiring and encouraging.
She has instilled a ‘can do’ positive mindset in me.
From the start I completed a health questionnaire to outline my goals, injuries, nutrition and lifestyle. We discussed my goals in greater detail as I progressed, which made me better understand the importance of these goals.
After I had knee surgery and rehab was completed. l knew I wanted to gain strength to prevent any age related ailments.
Rhian guided me with her incredible knowledge to better understand movement and the importance of mobility and stretching before commencing any exercises. In addition she also made sure that I performed the exercises slowly to get the form correct and stopped me when I didn’t get this correct. To me this is very important.
Rhian is so much more than a coach. She is genuinely interested in your physical and mental well-being.
Her fantastic personality and radiant smile made it easy to become routine and I looked forward to going and then that amazing feeling after the workout!
I would highly recommend Rhian wherever you are on your fitness journey.
I feel stronger, leaner and everything I have learnt from her I will continue as part of my daily routine.
