Before we started training I could barely run a few kms at a treadmill speed of 8/9. Our running training has varied – up to speed of 20 at the peak, I have run a few mountain races and did my first 10km (with another coming up in 2020).

Pretty much everything is now a Personal best. Most proud of the unassisted (and with extra weight) dips, pull ups and press-ups.

We are sadly no longer training together but my goals for 2020 are to run at least 2 10km races (potentially Wadi Bih) and maintain the strength training so I can carry on with pulls/dips with added weights.
